i've totally done this.

so, live 8 was fun. also, very hot. unfortunately, our seats, while tolerable, were kind of far away from the speakers, so i missed a fair amount of stuff. would have been able to see the stage, except people insisted on standing up FOR THE ENTIRE SHOW. for serious, people. but it was still really cool.

highlights include bon jovi looking like he wasn't wearing any pants, a skater wiping out on the mountains of plastic bottles, and me drinking 2 bottles of water, a lemonade, and a fruit smoothie and not having to go to the bathroom for 10 hours. this is a highlight if you consider the fact there were 400 porta-potties for 1 million people.

apparently sproat and greg and natalie were there. who knew? was suprised i didn't see sproat and greg on the train, since the r5 was ridiculously crowded. ah well. hope you guys had fun too.

had fun. even though i wish i was in london. but our fair city has a certain charm:
