So, io9 had a post on TV Shows We Wish Would Swap Writing Staffs, which mainly reveals that I am not trusting anyone at io9 to dictate what qualifies as good writing, uh, EVER.

However, they gave some love to SPooN, so yay. Even though I'm pretty sure that if SPooN writers ended up on Lost, their heads would explode, because SPooN is not so much with the complicated plot. And as for Torchwood and Dollhouse switching, while actually funny snarky dialogue for Jack would be much appreciated (::misses Steven Moffat::), letting Rusty and the Torchwood staff near a show that ALREADY has problems with its own tricky consent and rape issues is a whole world of DO NOT WANT.

In conclusion: Sylar was so much cooler when he was basically a zombie serial killer.

ETA: Casting News for Dollhouse. Damn, but that's pretty much made of awesome. It's like they're TRYING to make me watch.

Oh damn I have the same reaction to that casting news... but I saw the first few episodes of Dollhouse and didn't really like them at all.

Yeah, I'm seriously considering missing the first season and just watching the second if it seems promising (because Apollo, Tigh, Wesley, and River IN ADDITION to Faith and Helo is really just FTW). When even the most diehard Joss fans are merely meh about it, it doesn't exactly send me running for the DVDs.

heh, summer glau's awesome, but the first sentence of that article already makes me not interested in watching it XD

I think Stephen Moffat would get along quite well on sp00n, from what i've seen of it. And I think Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders could make some improvements to Torchwood-- or at least parody it brilliantly :D

HAHAHAHAHA russell t davies writing for the tudors XD XD XD

Yes, but did you read the last sentence? JAMIE BAMBER!

He'd definitely be a step up for SPooN, whose writers usually rely mainly on their charm. A BIG step up.

They need to parody it NOW. :D

Showtime: where history comes alive, has sex with you, and then turns into Discoball Jesus!
