Let us hope and pray that this is not another instance where we are smarter than the writers. . .
Well, it is SPooN, so it's pretty much a given that we are smarter than the writers. However, I hope in this case that they will actually be clever. They have done it before, after all, like with Dean and the shapeshifter. Also, the more I think about it, Targio, Male Model is almost completely superfluous unless his death has some greater significance. Like, Meg could have easily tested the Colt and captured John with the help of random demon minions (deminions?), Dean could have shot a deminion and still have the same amount of angst, and YED could have just as easily yelled at them for exorcizing Meg as for killing Targio. It seems VERY silly to introduce a totally new character, when you already have an established one who is just as capable of handling their role in the plot, unless you plan to do something about it later.
You may have had the Paisley Bedspread of DOOM, but did you at least have sheets? 'Cause we just have a bottom sheet, and that's it. Seriously, who only uses bottom sheets? Can you even buy them seperately? I don't understand.
