Feb. 13th, 2005 03:10 pmfirst order of business: OMG CONTRA DANCING IS SO MUCH FUN EVERYONE SHOULD DO IT RIGHT NOW YOU GET TO WEAR SWIRLY SKIRTS AND THERE ARE VERY FEW SKETCHY GUYS AND A COUPLE CUTE ONES AND WE WENT FRIDAY NIGHT AND IT WAS AWESOME AND HAS MADE ME NEGLECT PUNCTUATION. just so you know.
also, we were watching the first season of farscape last night (which was cool), so i made everyone watch 2001: a space odyssey. that is a v. bizarre movie, but it will always have a special place in my heart. and in other space related entertainment, red dwarf is still the awesome, and apparently terry pratchett and stephen hawking think so too.
but this piece of news, i'm afraid, is not so awesome. ( dun dun DUN )

apparently, "enormity" does not mean "really bigness," but rather "extreme evil." who knew?
